Who reads the messages?
The author of the playbook. There is no support desk between you and the person who wrote the offense; replies come from the same address you write from here.
What should a staff say when asking about a first season?
Your level (high school, NAIA, junior college, Division III, youth), your roster size, roughly when you would install, and the offense you run now. That is enough for a useful first reply; the five-day install and the weekly chart are already built for you.
Can I send a correction or a source?
Please do. Say which page and which line, and what you would change it to. Corrections that change a weight on the Tide Table are noted in the next edition.
Is there a phone number or a mailing list?
No. Mail is the only channel, and there is no list: the address you give here is used to answer you and for nothing else.
How soon will I hear back?
Usually within a couple of days during the season, faster in the off-season. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder; the reply comes from eastcoastoffense.com.
